In fulfilling its corporate social responsibility agenda, Uni.Asia Life is proud to associate itself with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), in particular the Faculty of Information & Communications Technology. Uni.Asia Life is the sponsor of the Book Prize Award for the Best Student which is presented during the convocation ceremony, organized by UTAR twice a year. The first award recipient was Ms. Paula Ho, who graduated in March 2009.

Uni.Asia Life also opens its doors to Malaysian under graduates from local and overseas universities for 3 to 6 months internship during their semester breaks or as part of their course requirement. In addition to this, Uni Asia Life supports the projects by Khazanah Nasional on the Graduate Employability Enhancement Program (GREEN) and upcoming Graduate Employability Management Scheme (GEMS) and Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Program (FSTEP) of Bank Negara in providing working exposure to selected fresh graduates.
