We know that mishap can happen anytime. Many of us may be insurance policyholders, but are often left bewildered when it comes to lodging or submitting a claim. How do we go about it? As a policyholder and depending on the type of policy that you have, you will need to know the necessary procedures when you submit a claim. Different types of insurance have different sets of conditions which require different procedures. Hence, it is important that all insurance policyholders are aware and knowledgeable on the process of making insurance claims.

What to do when notifying UAL of your claim?

1. Check your policy contract to determine if you are covered for the event for which you intend to file a claim.
2. Check your premium payment records to ascertain if your policy is in force.
3. Get in touch with our Customer Services Executives at our Head Office or our nearest Branch Offices for assistance in filing the claim with UAL. Our Office is located at the following address:
